Chairmen of the Qatari group metal industry Hamdo have expressed interest in the construction of new power plants to oil plant for the production of electricity in Herzegovina, announced on the website of the Mostar Aluminium.
Representatives of major Qatari group, in Bosnia and Herzegovina seeking the most desirable ways to invest, and, with the mediation of the Agency for Foreign Investment Promotion (FIPA) and its regional representative for Herzegovina Amir Kazić, stayed in a visit to Aluminij, where it is hosted the Managing Director Mario Gadžić, and his associates.
– A company like Hamda is a welcome partner in the possible opening of a new manufacturing facility in the vicinity of aluminum or else purchase some smaller lines for the production of finished products or semi-finished products, dedicated to a particular branch that would quickly justify, and showed the profitability of investments – said the director Gadžić.
Visitors from Qatar, whose offices, except in their own country, located in Saudi Arabia, Sudan and Libya, have clearly demonstrated the seriousness of investment in the area of Bosnia and Herzegovina, stressing as a significant business advantage the fact that, among all the countries of the Gulf, Bosnia and Herzegovina only with Qatar has no obligation to pay customs duties in trade.
Talks on possible projects in which to group Hamdo could include have included the idea of building a new power plant at the oil plant for the production of electricity in Herzegovina, as Arab businessmen seemed very interesting, so they asked for and subsequent delivery of more information about the possibilities, technical requirements, feasibility and cost effectiveness of the project.
