Company Wool-line from Sarajevo winner of the Innovation Award of the German economy for 2016.
The company opened its first factory in the Balkans for the production of insulation from sheep’s wool that is a natural material and has better technical characteristics than many artificial materials.
Company director Bahrudin Bojčić said when receiving the award, this recognition is one incentive for the firm to continue further development of ecological materials in the construction sector, whose benefits are multiple.
The finalists over which the company Wool-line vanquished were the company IT department from Mostar, which has developed a system for monitoring traffic and Junuzovic-Kopex Lukavac, which is the first in BiH trained CNG gas station and fleet included 50 environment-friendly buses .
The winner is awarded a prize by Martin Gaber, deputy director of the German Business in Bosnia and Herzegovina, within the event “Germany in Bosnia and Herzegovina”.
