Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, received approval from the Federal Government for the energy permit public company Elektroprivreda BiH for building the HPP "Vranduk" in the municipality of Zenica.
Nermin Džindić relevant Minister, for “Factor” shows that the work on this project are on schedule, and that is faster than the set.
– Issuing energy permit is an integral part of the work that we do, it’s nothing new. Elektroprivreda has a so-called temporary license, which now becomes permanent. This license will essentially be just a supplement to the elements that accompany the project. I asked to be in the Electric Power offices planner of the project “Vranduk” which will be on the website of that company. Everyone will have access and will be able to enter and see how far we’ve come up with the activities. It’s going to be public, transparent, because we do not hide anything – says Džindić.
It emphasizes that at all times be able to see whether it is going fast or delay in realization.
– I can say that we are at the moment ten percent ahead of the planned activities. I had a question last week from a colleague, says: ‘I passed Vranduk and saw one man and one excavator. We can not expect that there will suddenly get 150 excavators, 300 trucks and 1,000 workers. It is not fair – categorically Džindić.
According to him, there are some preparatory work.
– Again, note that all related to this project is running according to plan and the contract signed, and each activity, point of this project is analyzed, monitored and recorded – he said.
He adds that there is no doubt that the project will be finalized 2019th
– Next year you can expect the site to its full capacity. Now in the course of preparatory work, wells, tests, whatever it takes. The project was signed with the system ‘turnkey’ with the Austrian company Strabag, there is no dilemma – said Džindić for “Factor”.
The investment is worth 127 million.
