That individual pumps, despite the ban, continue to pour oil into cars is proved by the fact that inspection has only for three months this year imposed a fine of 44,000 KM.
It is the sentences imposed after the Ministry of Trade and Tourism, in order to prevent abuse, even on 17 May this year issued regulations that strictly prohibits dispensing this fuel in cars.
As explained in the Republic Administration for Inspection Affairs, for three months were carried out 160 controls at service stations, and in several established transport this energy.
– Also, inspection is assisted police in the past and with 50 cars controlled fuel contained in the tank. The two cases were found to be in the tank of heating oil, and the owners have taken punitive measures – said in the Inspectorate.
In accordance with the new regulations retail heating oil can be done at gas pumping stations only from a special tank, separate from the place designated for the supply of the drive motor fuel, which was not the case.
