Today, the Center for Development and Support (CRP) from Tuzla, within the project ” The Employment to Full Integration” presented the objectives and expected results of the training of disabled persons for the production and installation of solar systems.

This training of people with disabilities is intended to independently produce and install solar systems which opens the possibility of more rapid and long-term employment, and increasing their competitiveness on the open market, said the CRP.

Training included 15 unemployed persons with disabilities, divided into two working groups that produced solar thermal panels that will be placed on the building of the Center for children with multiple needs ”Steps of Hope ” and will be used to heat the water in the pool for rehabilitation.

Ismet Salihovic, the trainer is a Certified Advisor for Energy Efficiency and a CRP Team Leader for renewable energy.

The project is funded by the Center for Civic Initiative, and co-financed by the Municipality of Tuzla, Federal Employment Service and Central Heating Tuzla.
