The Civil Protection Agency has been alarmed this morning about
eight o’clock that a part of the Bosna River was covered by a larger quantity
of unknown white foam materials, which affected almost the whole surface of the
River.
 

A professional team has visited the site and assumed that it comes
from a discharge of waste water from the sedimentary basin from the company
Natron-Hayat from the City of Maglaj.


Mirsad Nazifoviæ, the inspector
of the Agency for the water area of
​​the Sava River and the Cantonal water
inspector Nijaz Macak along with the Agency for Water Surfaces based in Zenica were
immediately notified of the incident.
 

Inspectors were sent to the scene and will take all
measures and actions that are needed to determine whether it the substance is
harmful and if it might endanger the population or the environment in this area.
